| The Eastern Region Cross Flow is the second of a three-part series to bring Spark Cells together and create collaboration partnerships. Spark connects Airman and Guardians to commercial innovators using virtual collaboration, immersive training, and networking opportunities to inspire ideas and cultivate a more creative force. By connecting operators closer to acquisition processes, Spark provides both a voice and a conduit to turn powerful ideas into game-changing operational realities. At this 3-day event, Spark leaders will hear from and work directly with DoD Innovation leaders as well as each other. Participants will form teams of functional and topic-based breakout teams to create enduring partnerships and support functions.
